My daughters created the word "nervousited" by combining 'nervous' with 'excited'. Many times the ideas that we're excited about also scare the crap out of us. In fact, I heard recently that the emotion we feel for both elicits the same response in our brain. So go ahead, this month do something that you're nervousited about! Tell me about it below!
